The setup costs for production are the same whether we make 25 books or a 1000 books, which allows economies of scale to be achieved on larger orders.

Although we always try to help both existing and new customers where we can with very small orders, due to the set up costs involved with production, quantities of less than 50 units are just not economical from a production or cost perspective.
Every job, regardless of size, is put into our production schedule. Following our weekly production meeting, lead times can be calculated and advised. From receipt of cloth and sign off of all artwork, we endeavour to hit a lead time of 6 weeks.
We communicate with customers regularly throughout the production process and we always try our best to fulfill and often exceed customer expectations.
Once we have established a pattern size, based on the width of your fabric, we can work out how much fabric is required to yield the quantity of books ordered. We understand how expensive fabric is, so we will always only ask for the exact requirement to fulfil the order.
